Merry berry mint spa water

Merry berry mint spa water

Summer is definitely my favorite season, flowers with different colors are blooming and tuns of bright colored fruits, like berries, cherries, melons, pineapples, are ripe for this season, ready for us to enjoy! Berries, no matter whether they are strawberries, raspberries or blueberries, are vibrant both outside for their dark color and also their inside benefits for offering our body with a great amount of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. They are also on of Dr. Greger’s daily dozen check list, a list of healthy food you should consider incorporate into your everyday life.

I love to add these delightful berries to my morning oatmeal or just eat them as a healthy snacks. Recently, I discovered a fun way to integrate them into my diet – – spa water. Spa water is a mixture of fruits, herbs and water. It are colorful, tasty, filled with natural flavors from fruits and herbs, and simple to make. It’s a great variation to keep yourself hydrated, especially for those who do not like plain water. So it’s time to say goodbye to those unhealthy sugary soda drinks with artificial sweeteners and time to embrace this healthy, refreshing summer drink made from your own kitchen in just a few minutes.
